If you have your furniture delivered by our Premier Delivery service, our highly trained team of delivery experts will bring your new furniture home to you. When it comes to delivery, we’ve thought of everything:

You’ll want to be there to check that your furniture is in immaculate condition when it’s delivered, but that doesn’t mean staying in all day.
Protection for your home, protection for your furniture
Your furniture is transported with the utmost care and comes in protective packaging to keep it in perfect condition. On arrival, we’ll cover your doorways and floors to avoid bumps or scrapes.
Expert installation and all packaging removed and recycled
We’ll unpack and install your furniture exactly where you want it (subject to access), then remove all the packaging for recycling so you don’t have to.
We’ll make sure you’re completely happy
When your delivery is complete, the team will ask you to confirm you’re completely happy with your new furniture before they leave.
We’ll even remove the furniture you’re replacing
If your delivery address is within 40 miles of an FV store, our Premier Delivery team can even remove and, wherever possible, ethically recycle the furniture you’re replacing. There is a small additional charge for this service.

Please note if you have ordered dining, cabinet, bedroom furniture or garden furniture, which is delivered directly from our suppliers via their own Premier Direct Home Delivery Service, they deliver Monday to Friday only. This service is noted against the specific items to which it applies in ‘Read more about this product’.
3. Selected items, including most of our wardrobes and garden furniture, are delivered in sections for ease of access. Where customer self-assembly and installation is required, it will be noted in the text against each item concerned. A full set of instructions is included to ensure that you install your furniture correctly. So we still bring your furniture to you, please check Premier Delivery Service before selecting your final payment method. Do remember, however, that assembly and disposal of packaging is not included in these instances. Should you prefer to collect these items from your local store or collection point, simply check that box instead.
