Welcome your new furniture home in style by choosing our Premier Delivery Service. Our Premier Delivery Team will place your furniture exactly where you want it, remove all the packaging and check everything is absolutely perfect for you.

2 hour delivery slot confirmed by phone on your delivery date
You’ll want to be there to check that your furniture is in immaculate condition when it’s delivered, but that doesn’t mean staying in all day.
Protection for your home, protection for your furniture
Your furniture is transported with the utmost care and comes in protective packaging to keep it in perfect condition. On arrival, we’ll cover your doorways and floors to avoid bumps or scrapes.
Expert installation and all packaging removed and recycled
We’ll unpack and install your furniture exactly where you want it (subject to access), then remove all the packaging for recycling so you don’t have to.
We’ll make sure you’re completely happy
When your delivery is complete, the team will ask you to confirm you’re completely happy with your new furniture before they leave.
We’ll even remove the furniture you’re replacing
If your delivery address is within 40 miles of an FV store, our Premier Delivery Team can remove and, wherever possible, recycle the furniture you’re replacing. There is a small additional charge for this service.
If your delivery address is on the islands of Scotland or another off shore locations such as the Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man, additional delivery charges will apply. If your delivery address is more than 40 miles from your local store, this may affect your delivery time. For deliveries to mainland Scotland, this may add an extra 2-3 weeks to your estimated lead time, depending on your exact location. Please note if you have ordered dining, cabinet, bedroom furniture or garden furniture which is delivered directly from our suppliers via their own direct home delivery service, they deliver Monday to Friday only. This service is noted on the item’s product page. Nb. In this case the removal and disposal service of your old furniture will not be available.
Selected items, including most of our wardrobes and garden furniture, are delivered in sections for ease of access. Where self-assembly and installation is required, it will be noted on the item’s product page. A full set of instructions is included to ensure that you install your furniture correctly. Assembly and disposal of packaging is not included in these instances. Should you prefer to collect these items from your local store or collection point, simply check that box instead.
