Our "White-Glove" Service
At Furniture Village we take great care of your purchase every step of the way, and you’ll find we’re just as passionate even after you’ve bought it!
For a nominal charge our Premier Delivery Service provides a two-man white-glove assembly service. At your home, our highly skilled and trained delivery experts will carefully deliver and install your new purchase into the room of your choice (subject to access), and remove all packaging materials, which are then recycled.
All products delivered have been through a Pre-Delivery Inspection process either by our own trained personnel or our key suppliers, and our exclusive padded bags are used to take the utmost care of your upholstery purchases during transit.
When you buy your furniture, we will give you an estimated delivery date. When your order has been received at our local distribution centre, our Premier Delivery Service team will contact you to confirm the day they deliver to your area. (Please note if you have ordered dining or cabinet furniture which is being delivered directly from our suppliers via their own Premier Direct Home Delivery service, they deliver Monday to Friday only.)
All deliveries must be signed for, or they will be returned to our distribution depot. If that happens, someone will contact you to arrange a further delivery date. You may incur an additional extra delivery charge.
Removing your old furniture.....
If your delivery address is within 40 miles of your nearest store and your order is being delivered by our Premier Delivery Team, for a small additional charge, we can also remove the old furniture you are replacing on a like for like basis, and ethically recycle or dispose of it correctly.
