The Handmade Bed Company then finish it off with 4 rows of hand side stitching so the 3000 mattress can deliver total rest and relaxation.

Mattress Care and Support
To maintain the performance of your 3000 mattress, regular turning is essential. It is also recommended that you rotate the head and foot ends to prolong the life of this product. We do not, however, recommend that you put a new mattress on an old divan base unit as it is unlikely that you will feel the full benefits of your purchase. If using this product on a slatted bedstead, for example, please ensure the slats are no more than 5cm apart. Use of a mattress pad to protect against abrasion and fine splinters is also recommended.

When choosing the comfort level of your mattress, make sure you select the one that best suits your body weight and makes you the most comfortable. We do recommend you take your time to visit a showroom and try before you buy.

Like many of our bespoke manufacturers, The Handmade Bed Company offers a choice: soft and medium. But if you are sharing a super king size bed, and you or your partner prefer different levels of comfort, you can chose a combination mattress. This option results in different support levels on either side of the mattress. Select soft/medium support to ensure you both are comfortable. The Handmade Bed Company also makes general recommendations of their suitability based on body weight. Combined with various fillings, again it is a matter of personal preference which you choose. Delivery
The super king size (180cm) mattress is delivered in one piece. Please ensure you have sufficient access to your chosen room. As part of our Premier Delivery Service your furniture will be unwrapped and placed in position by our professionally trained delivery team.
