  • This wardrobe will be delivered flat packed, ready to be assembled in the room of your choice. Please ensure that there is a clear path to this room, free of any obstructions and, especially, furniture and home accessories of value.
  • Your wardrobe will be assembled by an experienced two-person fitting team provided by our approved delivery supplier.
  • Although assembled wardrobes are free standing, they must not be moved without being disassembled.
  • Your wardrobe will be delivered between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we generally cannot arrange a specific time slot. (Time slots may be available for multiple-wardrobe orders or at an extra charge). We will keep you updated with the schedule on your delivery day.
  • Please allow 48 hours’ notice to change your agreed delivery day.
  • If our fitters are delivering to a room on the 4th floor or above, please ensure that access to a lift is available.

Please note that our estimated delivery times are given in good faith, based on the best information we have. Like every other UK retailer, we are temporarily experiencing delays to some customer orders, due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic and the nationwide shortage of HGV drivers.

We deliver to mainland UK. If you live in Wales, Scotland, the Highlands, Isle of Wight or a postcode more than 40 miles away one of our distribution centres, an additional one or two weeks delivery time may be required.
