How it all began

Bodahl Moebler – the name behind Bodahl furniture – was established in 2011 by Flemming and Lone Dahl. Headquartered in Denmark, the brand was launched first in Germany and then expanded throughout Europe. Bodahl’s aim, then and today, is to offer a high-end industrial design aesthetic that’s matched only by the exceptional craftsmanship that each piece of its furniture displays.

Industrial style that’s truly unique

Bodahl furniture is designed, first and foremost, to showcase the unique structure and character of each piece of carefully-selected solid European oak wood. Knots, markings and variations and colour and texture are regarded as beautiful imperfections to be admired as well as being an indication of authenticity.

Bodahl also gives you the opportunity to customise its furniture by offering a wide range of colours for the hand-finished wood surfaces. It’s an easy way to make your new Bodahl sideboard, TV unit or coffee table yours. And with a choice of table top edge styles, edge depths and finishes, as well as table sizes and leg styles, Bodahl dining tables are top-to-bottom customisable.

What kind of wood is used to make Bodahl dining tables?

Master crafters of modern industrial furniture, Bodahl uses only the finest European oak to make its dining tables, sideboards and other storage furniture. Each piece of oak is carefully selected for its strength, durability and inherent natural beauty, all of which ensure that each Bodahl table, storage piece and dining set is one of a kind.

What makes Bodahl furniture unique?

Every piece of Bodahl furniture is unique because each is made from real natural oak – and no two pieces of real wood are ever the same. What’s more, every piece of living room and dining room furniture is hand-finished, and you can also customise your Bodahl furniture by choosing from seven different wood colour finishes.

Which TV stand should I choose?

The Bodahl Terra dining table is almost infinitely customisable. Starting with the top, you can choose from three different edge styles – a straight edge, a raw edge which shows the natural unfinished edges of the timber, and a Swiss edge which slants inwards from top to bottom. You can also select the depth of this edge, and the overall width of the dining table from 180 cm to 300 cm. In terms of the more obvious design features, you can choose from seven different colours for the hand-finished table top, and from eight different styles for the black metal legs.
