From the hand side-stitching and tufting of the mattresses to the high-quality joinery in the bed frame making and the stitching of the individual pockets for the springs, every bed that comes out of the Hypnos factory in Buckinghamshire is made with great care and attention to every detail.

Beautifully handcrafted in Britain by Royal Warrant holders Hypnos, this superb 31 cm mattress has layers of natural materials that include luxurious cashmere, British wool and polyester, and 1600 hand nested pocket springs (in King size) for support. To finish, it has hand-sewn side stitching and a cover made of 100% chemical-free viscose.
The base upon which this ultra-comfortable mattress rests is every bit as stunning. Made of FSC-certified Scandinavian pine, it has a supportive firm edge and is upholstered in soft fabric. Choose from a range of drawer configurations.

Did you know? The mattress should be aired for four hours after delivery to freshen and remove any aroma from storage. It may take time for your mattress to attain its full size once the springs have settled to the correct position. This is due to the mattress being upright during transit. Settlement of fillings and indentations caused by body weight compressing the fillings are natural and not considered defects. This can be minimised by regular rotating (unless yours is a dual tension mattress).
