Pieces are finished with a high-gloss lacquered dark birch wood veneer interspersed with dark smoky glass. Occasional tables and cabinets offer creative storage elements, streamlined shelving and stylish alcoves with glass doors and mirrored accents. Set on a dramatic pedestal, an extending dining table – available in two sizes - turns any gathering into a special occasion. A dining chair completes this high-quality, high-style collection. Designed and crafted in Italy by ALF, furniture makers of renown, ALF Avellino is also available as a bedroom collection.
The ALF Avellino extending dining table is the very definition of Italian designer style, distinctive, luxurious and beautifully crafted.
This large contemporary dining table is available in two sizes – extending to seat 10 or 12 – and is finished with high-gloss lacquered birch wood veneers in dark velvet. The stunning table top features a sophisticated geometric design created from panels of this sleek veneer. The pedestal base, set on a stylish plinth, is similarly panelled and has an asymmetric mirrored band that runs from top to bottom, a creative designer touch.
The butterfly extension mechanism is equally smooth – the two table ends simply pull part and a hinged leaf moves up from within the table and unfolds to create a seamless table surface.
