We are temporarily experiencing delays to some customer orders. This is due to a wide range of external factors, including the ongoing effects of the pandemic and the nationwide shortage of HGV drivers currently impacting UK retail supply chains.
If you have not yet heard from us, or received your order in the promised delivery window, we would like to sincerely apologise. Rest assured that your order is in our system and we are doing everything we can to update customers on their order status where possible. We are working as quickly as possible to expedite deliveries, and we'll be in touch to organise a delivery date with you as soon as your order reaches our fulfilment centre.
