Our non-contact delivery service follows very strict health and safety protocols and includes delivery to the room of your choice and in-room assembly for most items. If you have placed an order we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery day and time.

We are continuing to take orders online and our website gives an estimated delivery time for each item. Some made to order furniture may take longer to deliver as estimated delivery times are subject to change in accordance with our furniture manufacturers being able to resume full production safely and in line with government guidelines. We will, of course, update customers on the status of their orders if the delivery time changes.

PLEASE NOTE: We have temporarily suspended deliveries to the areas of Leicester that are currently under local government lockdown. We will resume our delivery service there when we are told that it is safe to do so.

Delivered with care

We are pleased to offer safe, non-contact delivery to the room of your choice if you live in England, Wales, Scotland and the Isle of Wight. Our delivery specialists follow carefully designed safety protocols. They work in fixed pairs, travel in vans which have been fitted with Perspex dividing screens, wear personal protective equipment, and use hand sanitiser before and after every delivery.

To ensure that deliveries are entirely non-contact, we ask that one hour before the scheduled delivery time customers open windows in the room where the order will be placed and along the access route to the room. We also request that you stand outside your home while our delivery specialists are inside. Most importantly, we ask that you confirm that neither you nor anyone in your household has any of the symptoms of COVID-19 listed on the NHS website.

Made to order furniture may take longer to deliver as estimated delivery times are subject to change in accordance with our furniture manufacturers being able to resume full production safely and in line with government guidelines.

We try to arrange the most convenient delivery time, Monday to Saturday (not including bank holidays).

Items delivered by our approved delivery suppliers will arrive Monday to Friday.

Where we deliver to

We deliver to mainland UK. If you live in Scotland, the Highlands, Isle of Wight or a postcode more than 40 miles away from one of our distribution centres, an additional one or two weeks delivery time may be required.

Furniture Collection Service

We can help you recycle your old furniture in an environmentally friendly way, at a great value price.

If you’re buying a divan bed and/or mattress you can request that our home delivery specialists dispose of your old bed when they delivery your new one, with zero waste to land fill, on a ‘like for like’ basis. Simply tick ‘Please recycle my divan bed or mattress’’ at checkout if you are buying online or arrange with your sales consultant if you are buying over the phone or in one of our stores.

PLEASE NOTE: To keep everybody safe we are currently asking customers to ‘bag and seal’ furniture prior to collection with bags provided in advance. We can only accept furniture for recycling that’s wrapped and fully sealed.

For all other furniture, our partner service, Speedy Clear offer a next day collection and recycling service for sofas and armchairs, living room furniture, dining room furniture, bedroom furniture and bed frames – but not accessories. You can arrange collection and recycling of your furniture with Speedy Clear online, or call them on 02476 361297 between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note: any queries should be directed to Speedy Clear.

Once your furniture has arrived in our warehouse

As soon as your furniture is ready and waiting, our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery date, so you can make sure you're at home to receive your furniture.

We’ll contact you again on the morning of the agreed delivery day to remind you, and to give you a 4 hour delivery window. If, for some reason, you’re unable to take delivery of your items on the agreed day, we will reschedule delivery for an additional re-delivery fee. If you are unable to take delivery or your order within 7 days after it becomes available, a weekly storage charge will apply.

If our suppliers are providing a direct home delivery, this will usually happen Monday to Friday.

Our quick non-contact delivery service means we'll bring your new furniture straight to your doorstep or garden. Please note, if you live in an apartment we can only deliver the main door of the apartment building. Where furniture is bulky it will require 2 people to receive it and carry it into the house, some self-assembly and disposal of packaging.

Our collection service

If you prefer, you can use our collection service instead of our delivery service. Most items are available for collection from a Furniture Village collection point. Please review your Shopping Basket to see whether your item is eligible for collection.

How to report a damaged item
