Once your furniture has arrived in our warehouse
As soon as your furniture is ready and waiting, our team
will be in touch to arrange a delivery date, so you can make sure you're at home to receive your
furniture.
We’ll contact you again on the morning of the agreed
delivery day to remind you, and to give you a 4 hour delivery window. If, for some reason,
you’re unable to take delivery of your items on the agreed day, we will reschedule delivery for
an additional re-delivery fee. If you are unable to take delivery or your order within 7 days
after it becomes available, a weekly storage charge will apply.
If our suppliers are providing a direct home delivery,
this will usually happen Monday to Friday.
