Our non-contact delivery service follows very strict health and safety protocols and includes delivery to the room of your choice and in-room assembly for most items. If you have placed an order we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery day and time.
We are continuing to take orders online and our website gives an estimated delivery time for each item. Please accept our apologies if your order takes longer than expected. Our delivery schedules have been affected by the current situation but we’re doing our very best to keep delays to a minimum. We will, of course, update customers on the status of their orders if the delivery timeframe changes.
Please also note that some of our trusted suppliers that deliver direct to customers are not currently offering a full delivery and in-room assembly service and are delivering only to hallways. We recommend that you carefully check the delivery details on the product pages of our website.
Some made to order furniture may also take longer to deliver as estimated delivery times are subject to change in accordance with our furniture manufacturers being able to resume full production safely and in line with government guidelines.
