What you need to know

• Seat cushioning: foam and inner coil spring. Cushioning is fixed.
• Back cushioning: loose fibre. Cushioning is fixed.
• Arm cushioning: foam and fibre.
• Back and arms are removable for easier delivery.
• Fixed seat and back cushions require smoothing and straightening regularly.
• To smooth and straighten fixed cushions, punch the back cushion’s top two corners and the seat cushion’s outer two corners, and pinch outwards.
• Leather softens with use.
• Smoothing the tops of leather cushions prevents signs of visual comfort.
