The company manufactures its own Vanadium steel springs which are individually hand-nested in calico pockets, and layered with generous quantities of the most luxurious natural fillings imaginable – silk, cashmere, bamboo, mohair, horsetail, wool and cotton. Mattresses are side stitched, tape edged and tufted all by hand, painstaking processes that ensure superior comfort as well as mattress longevity. Timber-framed divan bases are made from sustainably grown Scandinavian wood and are beautifully upholstered by hand.
