Handmade to order, the Harrison Spinks Yorkshire 9,500 mattress is a one-of-a-kind pillow top mattress. Offering a unique combination of advanced technology, 100% natural materials including Yorkshire wool, and decades of bed-making expertise, this luxurious 24 cm mattress is made in Yorkshire by the craftspeople of Harrison Spinks. It incorporates a patented spring system of 9,500 high-density pocket springs and mini pocket springs in king size, arranged in three layers for precisely engineered support, is topped with a cushioning pillow top, and is finished with traditional hand side stitching, tufting and tape edging. The mattress cover is made of a chemical-free, fire-retardant fabric. Fillings are either produced on Harrison Spinks’ own farm or sourced locally, and include pesticide-free and mildew-resistant hemp; naturally supportive Yorkshire wool; and soft, temperature-regulating cotton. Choose medium or firm tension. A split tension option is available in king and super king sizes. Did you know? Your mattress may have a faint odour which will dissipate after airing. The mattress should be aired for four hours after delivery to freshen and remove any aroma from storage. It may take time for your mattress to attain its full size once the springs have settled to the correct position. This is due to the mattress being upright during transit. Settlement of fillings and indentations caused by body weight compressing the fillings are natural and not considered defects. This can be minimised by regular rotating.
