Face coverings are optional

There is no longer a mandatory requirement to wear a face covering in our stores. Some customers and consultants may feel more comfortable wearing a face covering - we respect everyone's choice.

We COVID-test all our people - including store consultants and drivers - on a twice-weekly basis, to ensure a reassuringly safe space for us all.

We’re keeping hand sanitiser stations in each store for your safety and convenience, in addition to our frequent and thorough in-store cleaning routines.

Safe delivery

Safe, non-contact delivery

Our delivery specialists continue to wear face masks, protective gloves and shoe coverings, and have in-van Perspex dividing screens. They also use hand sanitiser before and after every delivery.


Personal protective equipment

All store team members have personal protective equipment. The protective Perspex screens at our sales consultants’ desks and disposable pens also remain in place.
