What is the lifespan of a Vispring mattress?

Can you flip a Vispring mattress?

And by this, we mean rotating the mattress 180 degrees so that what was previously the head end of the mattress becomes the foot end and vice versa. Flipping, or turning, a mattress is a different question. Whether or not you should turn your mattress – so that the top sleeping surface of the mattress is now on the bottom in direct contact with the bed base – depends on the type of Vispring mattress you have. Double-sided mattresses are designed to be turned regularly, with both surfaces being equally suitable for sleeping. This means, of course, that a double-sided mattress should last twice as long – and represents even better value for money. Single-sided mattresses, like mattresses with built-in mattress toppers or pillowtop mattresses, should not be turned or flipped.
