How do I register my policy?

Your policy will be automatically registered.
The policy details will also be emailed up to 14 days
after your product has been delivered.

How do I make a claim?

Once you spot any stains or damage to your furniture
make sure to contact us within 14 days. You can make
a claim over the phone or on our online portal.

We'll validate all claims within 48 hours of receipt.
If we are unable to resolve your problem, we’ll offer you
a replacement up to the value of your original purchase.
