Father’s Day is just around the corner and it’s got us thinking about Dads.

They do a lot for us – when we’re young they act as a taxi service, homework tutor and sports coach and as we get older they help us move home, fix things and support us in a million other ways we just can’t do without.

As a way of showing how much Dads mean to us at Furniture Village, we’re offering you the chance to win a brand new, super comfortable armchair from our Premium Leather Collection. A perfect gift for a hardworking Dad!

To help us decide who really deserves to relax, we need to get to know you better. That’s why we’re asking you to share a photo and a note letting us know what makes your nominee warrant a well-earned rest this Father’s Day.

The competition

All you need to do to take part is follow our Twitter account @OfficialFV and tweet us a picture of someone who has earned a reward along with the hashtag #PutYourFeetUp and on the Big Day we’ll announce our lucky winner. They could be anywhere, working hard in the home office, taking a break in the living room or kitchen etc. As always, T&Cs apply so please take a good read before you enter. Good luck!

Competition Terms and Conditions

Entries must be aged 18 or over and live in the UK. 
Only one entry per person. Multiple entries by one person, either from one or multiple Twitter accounts will render all entries by that person as invalid.
The winning entry will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received between competition open and close.
The winning participant will win an Old Bourbon Leather Armchair from the Premium Leather Collection. Colour, size, shape and style of the prize are non-customisable. Furniture Village reserve the right to replace the prize for soamething of equal or greater cash value.
Participating tweets must be tagged with the hashtag “#PutYourFeetUp” to be included in the draw.
While every effort will be made to arrange for availability of the prize promptly, Furniture Village cannot guarantee date of arrival.
There is no cash alternative to any part of the prize. 
The competition is open from Midnight on Thursday 11th of June until Midnight on the 20th June. The competition closes and is complete on the 21st of June. 
All participating photos and tweets will be moderated and Furniture Village reserve the right to remove any submitted photo for any reason.
All participating photos and tweets can be used as part of Furniture Village's marketing activity.
