Donkey Caption Competition

To celebrate international donkey week which runs from the 7th to the 14th of May, we are adopting 5 gorgeous donkeys to give away to our caption competition winners. The donkeys are all being cared for by The Donkey Sanctuary, the world's largest donkey and mule charity. As well as having several farms across the UK that care for donkeys they also have a team who look after working donkeys (like beach donkeys), which means they have a lot of donkeys to keep an eye on!

We have 5 donkey adoptions to give away so we'll be running 5 caption competitions, our last donkey is called Sir John. Let us know what you think he is saying by filling in the form below. You can choose which donkey you would like to adopt here (if you can't decide just leave that part of the form blank and we will choose for you.)

Some rules...

1. Only one entry per person

2. Submissions should be all your own work

3. Furniture Village may use part or the whole of your entry within their social media pages during the period of the competition (in addition to the permissions allowed for in the full Terms and Conditions of Entry).

4. A winner will be chosen on Wednesday 8th, Thursday 9th, Friday 10th and Tuesday 14th from the entries submitted the previous day. On Monday 13th the winner will be chosen from entries made on Friday and over the weekend.

5. Prizes will be sent direct to the recipient by The Donkey Sanctuary, slade House Farm, Sidmouth, Devon EX10 0NJ. Furniture Village makes no guarantee as to the timescales in which your adoption pack will arrive.

6. If you do not select a donkey we will randomly choose one for you.

7. There is no cash alternative to any part of this prize.
