Looking good in grey

Style guides

Too often written off as dull, grey can be anything but. Available in many different shades, it can be used to create a soothing neutral look or to offset bright highlights. Charles Rennie Mackintosh famously combined it with pale pink, and it can also look beautiful with gold. Smoky blue with grey can create a moody atmosphere that brings a little something different to a room, whilst grey with orange or lime green creates a vivid, modern look.
